Select Prepare an AVI file for processing. 

Select your file from your workgroup.

Pick your project definition file.
Set the start and end frames for your video. 

If you are doing a 3D study, you will be asked if you want to prepare both front and side views.

Here is where you will synchronise your two videos to the same event.  See image below.

In this case, advance both videos to the same point (where the ball is just touched by the foot) and click the Set Synch 1 and Set Synch 2.

Right clicking on the Step button will take the video back one frame.

Once you have set the start and end for video 1, the program will calculate the start and end for the other view. 

   

Enter the data for participant name and weight when asked.

Now click Create Image sets.

Choose the video(s) and your image sets will be created.  You are now ready to return to the main menu.

You can now view your image sets.

Now it is time to move on to digitising.
