Number Pad Shortcuts

To zoom in and out, use your (NUMBER PAD) + and - keys.  Note: only the number pad + and - keys work!

If you want to get a specific object into view and not the entire scene, first select the object by right clicking on it (the object will turn pink to indicate it is selected). Next, press the numpad dot key. Note only use Number Pad dot!

You can also zoom in to the selected object and hide all other objects at the same time by pressing numpad / key. To unhide your objects, press / again.

Main Keyboard Shortcuts

G

To move an object press the G Key(grab) after it is selected.

R

To rotate  an object press the R Key after it is selected.

S

To scale an object press the S Key after it is selected.

TAB

 In and out of edit mode

C

Centres the viewing window on the cursor.

Q

Quits Blender

Z

Makes a mesh object solid (or toggles back to mesh again)

Shift-Z 

Switches to real shaded view (you must have a lamp)

F12 Render a scene
F11 

View a previously rendered scene.

F4 Lamps
F5 Materials
F6 Textures
F9 Editbuttons
