Set up your webcam in such a way that it has a clear view of your scene and marker(s). You will see that you can rotate your marker and your virtual object will rotate with it.
You can easily manipulate where your virtual object sits relative to the marker by using the three toolbar buttons indicated below:

They are translate, rotate and scale.
Click translate, then click on your virtual model and drag along the axes that appear. You can translate and scale along one or more axes. You can also type values directly into the boxes below the scene tree.

To hide the axes from the screen again, simply click anywhere in the scene window.
